Using the 5Rhythms as a foundation, we will explore how our emotions move and shape us, and how to become a loving witness to ourselves through this exploration.

Working with masks, ritual theatre, and dance, Sarah will compassionately guide participants through the Heartbeat map of fear, anger, sadness, joy and compassion.

This is a wonderful opportunity to experience deeper layers of the 5Rhythms, and to move and express our amazing beating hearts.
